  • What is the difference between Inspiro Premium, Inspiro Creator Pack, and All Access Pass?

    Inspiro Premium: Includes only the Inspiro Premium theme and future updates for it.

    Inspiro Creator Pack: Includes Inspiro Premium theme + 3 video & portfolio themes that can be found on this page. Also includes the Inspiro Patterns plugin created for the Inspiro Premium theme.

    All Access Pass: Gives you access to all WPZOOM themes and plugins, including Inspiro and future releases. Best for freelancers or agencies.

  • Do I need to renew my license annually?

    Yes, licenses are billed annually to ensure you continue receiving updates, support, and access to demo imports and premium features. You can cancel the renewal anytime. Lifetime options are not billed annually.

  • Does my website stop working if I don’t renew the license?

    No. Your website will continue to work normally, but you will lose access to theme updates, premium support, and new demo content or plugin features unless you renew.

  • Does Elementor Pro come within WPZOOM plans?

    No. Our themes work great with the free version of Elementor, so you're not required to purchase the PRO version. Elementor Pro is a separate product and is not included in any WPZOOM plan.

  • Which payment methods do you support?

  • Can I use your themes on a WordPress.com site?

    Yes, but you need a Business Plan subscription to install custom themes. However, we recommend using a regular WordPress hosting provider like SiteGround instead. This way, you don’t need a WordPress.com account to use WordPress and our themes, and it will be much more cost-effective.   • Can I use a theme on more than one site?

    Yes, you can install and use a theme on multiple websites, depending on the selected pricing option. Local development domains (localhost) do not count toward your license key activation limit. This means that a 1-Site License covers 1 Live Site + 1 Development Site (localhost).

  • Can I use your themes after my license expires?

    Yes, you can continue using any themes you’ve downloaded, even after your license ends.

  • What happens if I switch to a different theme? Will I lose my content?

    No, your posts, pages, and media files will remain intact when you switch themes. However, certain theme-specific features (like custom widgets or page layouts) may not carry over and may require reconfiguration.

  • Do your themes support RTL (Right-to-Left) languages?
