Configuring WPZOOM Forms Settings

This article refers to WPZOOM Forms

The WPZOOM Forms PRO plugin includes several settings to help you control styling, performance, spam protection, and submission behavior. This guide walks through each tab available in the Settings area.

To access the plugin settings, navigate to WPZOOM FormsSettings in your WordPress Dashboard.

General Settings

This section controls how forms are styled and how assets are loaded on your site.

  • Use WPZOOM styling – Enable to apply WPZOOM’s default form design. Disable if you prefer to rely on your theme’s styles.
  • Load assets on all pages – Enable this if you’re embedding forms via shortcodes in a page builder or outside of standard content areas.

Click Save Settings after making changes.

Spam Protection

Prevent unwanted submissions by enabling one of the supported protection methods.

Options include:

No Protection – Submissions are accepted without validation.

Google reCAPTCHA – Select this to use Google’s CAPTCHA system.

  • v3 (recommended) – Runs silently in the background.
  • v2 (invisible) – Displays a badge and challenges only when suspicious activity is detected.

Cloudflare Turnstile – A privacy-first alternative to reCAPTCHA with no tracking or cookies.

WPZOOM Forms -> Spam Settings

After selecting a method, make sure to configure it in your account and enter the site keys where required.

AJAX Settings

Enable smooth form submission using AJAX without reloading the page.

  • Allows users to submit forms without reloading the page – Toggle to enable AJAX form submission.

You can also change the default messages:

  • Sending Message – Text displayed while the form is being submitted.
  • Success Message – The message displayed when a submission is completed successfully.
  • Error Message – The message is displayed if the form fails to submit.
  • Validation Message – A message informing users about mandatory fields.

Click Save Settings when you’re done.
