Managing Form Submissions in WPZOOM Forms

This article refers to WPZOOM Forms

WPZOOM Forms PRO allows you to save and manage form submissions directly in your WordPress dashboard. This guide explains how to store, view, and delete entries submitted through your forms.

Enabling Submission Storage

To store form submissions in your WordPress dashboard:

1. Open your form in the editor.

2. In the right sidebar, locate the Form Method setting from the Form Settings section.

WPZOOM Forms -> Submission method

3. Choose one of the following options:

  • Email Only – Sends submission details to your email address. Entries are not saved in the dashboard.
  • Save to Database Only – Stores entries in the WordPress dashboard but does not send emails.
  • Save to Database & Email – Stores entries and sends them to your inbox. (Recommended for most cases)

Make sure to save your changes after selecting the preferred method.


Viewing and Managing Submissions

To access and manage submitted entries:

  1. Go to WPZOOM FormsSubmissions.
  2. You’ll see a list with all the submissions.
  3. Click a submission title (e.g., Submission #1564) to view full details.

This view helps review submissions, copy information, or respond to users directly.


Deleting Submissions

To delete a submission:

From the list view:

  1. Hover over the submission entry.
  2. Click Trash to move it to the trash bin.
WPZOOM Forms -> Delete Submission

From the submission detail view:

  1. Click on any submission to open it.
  2. In the right sidebar, click Move to Trash.
WPZOOM Forms -> Delete Submission

Deleted submissions are moved to the trash and can be restored or permanently deleted at a later time.
