WPZOOM Forms PRO is a powerful and user-friendly plugin that enables you to create professional forms directly within the WordPress block editor. This guide will help you get started by walking you through installation, activation, and a quick tour of the interface.

1. Installing the WPZOOM Forms Plugin

To start using WPZOOM Forms PRO, make sure the plugin is installed and activated on your website:

1. Sign in to your WPZOOM account.

2. Ensure you are in the “Your Downloads” section and click on “Click to expand” to expand the list of all WPZOOM products available to you.

3. Scroll down till you find WPZOOM Forms PRO and click “Download” to download the plugin ZIP file.

4. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New and click Upload Plugin.

Click “Browse…“, select the plugin ZIP file, and then click “Install Now” and “Activate Plugin“.

5. Once activated, a new menu item called WPZOOM Forms will appear in your WordPress sidebar.

2. Activating the License Key

To unlock all PRO features and receive updates, you need to activate your license key. You can find your license key in the “License Keys” section of your WPZOOM Members Area.

In your WordPress dashboard:

Navigate to WPZOOM Forms → License Key.
Paste your license key in the field provided.
Click Save & Activate License Key.

3. Navigating the Interface

The new WPZOOM Forms section in your dashboard includes:

Forms – Manage all the forms you’ve created.
Add New Form – Create a new form using one of the available templates.
Submissions – View entries submitted through your forms (if enabled).
License Key – Enter your license key to activate PRO features.
Settings – Customize plugin behavior, styling, spam protection, and AJAX options.
